I stayed for one night in a Queen Room, Non-Smoking. The front desk personnel were eager to help, explaining everything from breakfast hours to room rules. The room was spacious and updated with a comfortable bed, clean linens, and essentials like a microwave and mini fridge!
would recommend 😊❤️

The breakfast was satisfactory with cereals, coffee, bread and jam served in the lobby. The location was central, close enough to Centennial Park and the waterfront, park, river and restaurants, bank, beer store, waterfront, and downtown. I came across Bad Dog Bar & Grill, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, offered nice shots.

Everything was great with new-fashioned rooms. Stuff where accommodating, and the room was immaculate. Cereals, fresh bread and jam were appetising and overall there was variety of food. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Centennial Park.

I appreciated the clean bathroom and friendly front desk staff. They offered a decent continental breakfast with a waffle iron for fresh waffles. The room was tidy, although some items were in disrepair, like a window that wouldn't close properly. I encountered a lack of amenities like hairdryers or ironing boards, which threw me off a bit. On the downside, the noise from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive late at night. It seems sound travels easily throughout the hotel. I found it to be a decent budget option for a short stay, but I wish for better sound insulation and maintenance of the facilities.

We always stay at the Super 8 when we come to Canada for visits with family on the eve of our going back to the States.. We cross over into the States at the Bluewater Bridge because of the traffic in Detroit. My parents were born in Sarnia, we visit areas of the town we know and always stop at Lakeview Cemetary to visit my grandparents grave. The Super 8 is just to convient to all we do in Sarnia. We have stayed there several times and will continue to do so in the future.

Location was good
Rooms could use an update, ac units and windows for starters, windows do not keep out air and rooms are drafty as a result, they cannot be energy efficient either in summer or winter, energy saving is the hot button issue these days, Super 8 needs to get on board with the eco friendly train.
